Media Release
By entering the event, you consent to being photographed and filmed. Your image and likeness may be used by our team for social media, marketing materials, and future event promotions.

 

No Refund Policy
All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

 

Professional Equipment Prohibited
Professional photography or videography equipment including DSLRs, rigs, lighting, and external microphones is strictly prohibited.

 

Personal Use Only
Guests may capture content on their mobile phones for personal use only.
Any commercial use including promotions, advertisements, paid content, videography services, or vlogging is strictly prohibited.
Violation of this policy may result in removal from the event, a permanent ban from future events, and potential legal action.

 

Personal Belongings
Please keep your belongings secure at all times. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or unattended items, including mobile phones.
Large events can be targets for theft stay aware and keep valuables safely on you. We are unable to assist with lost item recovery announcements.

 

Venue Disclaimer
Three Day Weekend NYC operates as an event producer and performer. We do not own or manage event venues and are not responsible for venue staff, including security or bartenders.

 

Ticket Policy
Ticket forgery or unauthorized resale is strictly prohibited and may be subject to legal action.

Only tickets purchased through our official website or our verified Eventbrite page will be accepted:

Fake, altered, or damaged tickets will not be honored.

 

No Solicitation
Solicitation of any kind on our social media platforms or at our events is not permitted.

All content published by Three Day Weekend NYC including branding, media, and event names is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

 

Rain or Shine Events
All events take place rain or shine. We exclusively partner with weather-ready venues.
