By attending any event produced by Three Day Weekend NYC, you have agreed to the following terms:

 

1. Your image will be captured on photographs and video footage used by our team for social media posts, marketing and future event announcements.

 

2. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS. All ticket sales are final.

 

3. You CANNOT bring any type of professional video or photo equipment or DSLRs. No rigs, no lighting and no microphones are allowed.

 

4. You may document your experience at our events with your cel phone and use it for PERSONAL social media posts ONLY. DO NOT, under any circumstances, use media gathered at our events for any sort of commercial use, advertisements or self-promotion. That includes VLOGGING and videography services. If you break this rule you will be escorted out by security, banned from attending any future parties and sued by our legal team.

5. Watch after your stuff and watch your cel phone. We are not responsible for lost phones or any other personal items. Do not leave items unattended. Any large dance party, concert or festival is a target for people who like to steal things. It happens everywhere all the time so make sure your stuff is somewhere safely attached to you. We cannot send out messages to our audience or publish social media posts looking for a single person's lost item or cel phone.

6. We are performing artists. We do not own nor we manage any of the venues we perform our events at. We have no control over the security team and we do not hire bartenders or any type of venue staff. WE ONLY PERFORM AND PLAY MUSIC. Nothing else.

 

7. Forging or re-selling of tickets is illegal and not allowed.

 

8. Fake or damaged tickets will not be honored. The only tickets guaranteed to work at the door are the ones sold directly from us on this website or our official eventbrite profile: http://threedayweekend.eventbrite.com

 

9. You may not solicit ANYTHING on our social media pages or profiles.

 

10. The content published on our website and social media channels is copyrighted by law and anyone who copies ANY part of it will be prosecuted. Do not attempt to reproduce and/or copy anything created by Three Day Weekend NYC including our trademarked event names.

 

11. All our events are rain or shine, we only work with weather-proof venues.
